Princeton University welcomes applications from various corners of the planet. It reviews each application in the same manner, despite of country of residence or citizenship.

Princeton will not accept applications from students that have already enrolled in any university or college. Also, it does not have a transfer process, and it considers any applicant who has started university or college elsewhere to become a transfer applicant.
Princeton University is need-blind for every applicant, both U.S. citizens and non-citizens. Your family’s capability to pay for university education is not a reason in the admission decision. Students qualifying for financial help will get a grant plus a term-time job to meet their wants and needs as defined by the Financial Aid Office. Also, loans are not needed in Princeton’s help package.
The financial aid program is need-based. Princeton University does not provide athletic or academic merit scholarships. Financial help awards will cover the difference between the university’s costs as well as the sum your parents are going to contribute to education. In addition, the parental contribution is grounded on the assessment of your financial help application.
It is recommended for applicants from overseas to use the ISSR. Its questions are much better suited to various educational systems in different countries. Other than the ISSR, you can employ the similar application forms as students who apply from schools in the USA.
